Billing Policy and Support Information

If CyberShaman is unable to resolve or fix problem, no charge. The no fix/no charge rule is based on confidence and experience. I want my customers to feel good about my services. CyberShaman will always advise and consult with customer before venturing forth on work that may require more than an hour. Large projects are welcomed and awarded fixed costs.

CyberShaman offers special discounts for Hawaiian owned businesses. We also offer discounts for businesses with Hawaiian leadership. Please call us at 808-990-3506 for more details.

Service Appointments: Scheduled appointments with CyberShaman are held in highest priority and regard. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give as much notice as possible. CyberShaman will do the same for you.

Generally service is based on first come first serve basis, however higher priority is given to emergencies and clients in a contract with a SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Please feel free to inquire more about SLA's and other maintenance contracts and their unique benefits and discounts.

Emergency Support is available only to customers who have entered into a Service Level Agreement and/or Maintenance Contract. Please inquire for details.
