Job Description: Aloha! CyberShaman Computer Services provides computer services and solutions to small businesses in Kailua Kona and Hilo. Our customers range from schools, to restaurants, to car dealerships, to medical offices and entertainment complexes. As our customer base has grown considerably in the last year, we are working to expand and continue a record of outstanding service through a framework of unique support techologies that allow us to be proactive and more responsive. We are a small and highly diverse team of professionals eager to provide great service and value with constant gratitude to our customers and partners.

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to act as our "frontline" support. This is basically a computer tech position with fantastic customer service skills. When all things are equal, what sets CyberShaman apart from other providers is the service and value. Knowledge, troubleshooting skill, desire to learn and blast off into cyberspace are all prerequisites for this position. This individual will be responsible for answering trouble and general support calls, creating trouble tickets and performing basic troubleshooting and support for Windows based computers and networks.

With the help of our unique support framework, we are able to support many of our customer's needs from remote. This position will allow you to work from home with a working computer and fast Internet connection as your only needs (healthy mind, heart and body are also necessary, otherwise we shrivel up and get too serious and burnt out!). In addition, there is opportunity and need to take your skills on the road and help customers on-site where necessary.

A minimum of basic knowledge with current PC hardware, operating systems and basic networking are all necessary to successfully enter this position. Experience with Windows Small Business Networks and Servers is a big plus and is rewarded with higher pay. Training is provided for more advanced technologies and applications. We'll take you as deep and high as you want to go! If you can go deeper and higer, we hope you'll take us with you!

Currently this is a part-time position with no medical benefits. Pay is based on experience with raises issued following regular performance evaluations. We can work with your existing schedule for a flexible and mutually beneficial relationship. This position has strong potential to become full-time in the near future.
